The 7th MINDTCE offers 49 attractive standard shell scheme booths of 9 square meters (3m x 3m) in Lagoon 2. We also provide raw spaces for the same price but with a Non-refundable administrative fee and a refundable “Performance Bond” to the booth contractor. All coffee break sessions will be in the hall to ensure continuous visitor flow. Visitors’ details will be recorded and shared amongst exhibitors.
The exhibition will open from 8.30 AM – 5.00 PM every day.

B. Optional Electrical Items on Rental to Exhibitor
• The electrical power outlets are strictly for single exhibit/machinery usage only. Power outlets are not to be used for lighting purposes.
• All lighting connection is charged accordingly to the number of tubes or bulbs lighted on the stand.Exhibitors are encouraged to use bulbs of higher voltage (maximum 100 watt) wherever possible.

Outside contractor shall place a refundable “Performance Bond” of as below specified amount with Official Contractor to guarantee conduct, proper schedule of production and observance of the Exhibition and the Hall rules and regulations.
• Booth with space 18sqm & below : RM 3,500.00
• Booth with space 19 –36sqm : RM 6,000.00
• Booth with space 37sqm & above : RM 10,000.00
Non-refundable administrative fee of RM 30.00 per square metre (minimum levy of RM 270.00) shall apply to all outside contractors. The appointed contractor or raw space stand built by exhibitors must apply for passes for set-up and dismantling (RM 10.00/pcs). The pass can be obtained from the Innogen portal.
