GENERAL INFORMATION

Sustainability Fee	Effective 01 January 2026, the mandatory MYR 7.00 nett Sustainability Fees will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room, per night basis to all guests. This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government State of Selangor, upon check-in or check-out.
Service Tax	Effective from 01 March 2024, the rate of service tax under the Service Tax Act 2028 is increased from 6% to 8% on all taxable services excluding food & beverage services, telecommunication services, provision of parking spaces services and logistics services.
Announcement	We might conduct upgrading works in certain areas of our building. Some noise might be encountered during that period. Please be ensured that all possible actions are taken to minimize any disruptions, if any.
Non-Smoking Smoking Policy	We adopt a Smoke-Free environment, defining all guestrooms on Non-Smoking Floors and all enclosed public areas within the Hotel as Smoke-Free Zones. Designated Smoking Areas are available for guests who wish to smoke while in public areas within the hotel. All Smoke-Free Zones and Designated Smoking Areas are clearly indicated with visible signage.
