Effective 01 January 2026, the mandatory MYR 7.00 nett Sustainability Fees will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room, per night basis to all guests. This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government State of Selangor, upon check-in or check-out.
Service Tax
Effective from 01 March 2024, the rate of service tax under the Service Tax Act 2028 is increased from 6% to 8% on all taxable services excluding food & beverage services, telecommunication services, provision of parking spaces services and logistics services.

Non-Smoking Smoking Policy
We adopt a Smoke-Free environment, defining all guestrooms on Non-Smoking Floors and all enclosed public areas within the Hotel as Smoke-Free Zones. Designated Smoking Areas are available for guests who wish to smoke while in public areas within the hotel. All Smoke-Free Zones and Designated Smoking Areas are clearly indicated with visible signage.
